Mirailles Tagliabue EMBT – Barcelona

MFA in Tokyo University of the Arts, (1994). After the graduation and dedicating for education program as assistence profesor in the university, he joined the office of Enric Miralles and Benedetta Tagliabue (EMBT) in Barcelona in 1996. Then he has been working for several important projects such as Santa Catarina market (Barcelona), Arcelor-Mittal art pavilion (Luxembrugo), Spanish Pavilion for Expo Shanghai 2010, and Corpagli Pavilion for Expo Milan 2015. Since 2004 he is a external project director for EMBT. Also he has been collaborating in the Toyo Ito associates in Barcelona for their foreign projects like Fira Barcelona. These important projects lead him to urban design development, Especially he is working for landscaping elements of concreat such as Minamora bench for Italcementi. He often works for the exhibitions designs such as Museum of Confederation Brasilian Football Confederation (Rio de Janeiro) with MediaPro, Exhibition design for “The lost sea” with film director Isabel Coixet. Through the not less experiences with a variety collaborations, nowadays his object is developing spatial applications for societies.
